In today’s video I go to 4 of the most popular fast food chains in the world to see which one has the best meal option 500 CALORIES OR LESS! The 4 competitors in this healthy fast food olympics are:

1.) McDonald’s
2.) Starbucks
3.) Subway
4.) Wendy’s

Hopefully in this video I show you that you can make healthy decisions wherever you go if you take the time to look and be smart about the choices you make. Just because you go to a fast food restaurant, doesn’t mean you need to order a burger and fries 🙂
