THE 5 HOUR WORKOUT CHALLENGE
I created my own fitness challenge and decided to issue it to myself first as the Guinea Pig!
The challenge is you have to complete five different 5K’s within a 5 hour time limit. 5K’s included:
– 5k run
– 5k food (all from McDonald’s)
– 5k row
– 5k kg lifted arm workout
Definitely one of the harder things I’ve put myself through in recent memory! Make sure to give this challenge a try and let me know what you think!
