Start The Day Grounded | Morning Yoga

This practice is your invitation to start the day grounded. When we begin our day with intention, that intention begins to show up in everything we do, setting us up to live a little more mindfully. Together we will move through asana to stay rooted and cultivate balance, gently restoring awareness in the body and breath. Tending to our nervous system before everything else ultimately prepares us to face the ups and downs of life, to make more thought-out choices, and to manage our reactions throughout the day.
