Six Deformed Pugs Found Abandoned In Clatsop, Columbia County

It’s a case that Clatsop County Animal Control says is being investigated as a crime of animal abandonment: six pugs were found in different parts of Clatsop and Columbia counties.

According to Clatsop County Animal Control, all the dogs appear similar in size, condition and temperament. They say they believe the pugs were intentionally abandoned in rural areas adjacent to Highway 30, Highway 202, and Highway 407.
