This is a delicious recipe for your lunch or dinner, for those of you who like lasagna but want a meal with fewer calories, low in carbohydrates, less fat, and more beneficial nutrients for your body. 📋 RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1/2 onion
– 120g of cooked and shredded chicken
– Oregano and salt to taste
– 1/4 cabbage
– 1 cup of tomato sauce
– 2 tablespoons of water
– 3 slices of light mozzarella
Makes 2 servings, each with 305 calories, 8g of carbohydrates (3g of fiber), 28g of protein and approximately 17g of fat.
