Nervous System Reset | 10 Minute Yoga Practice

This practice is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself exactly as you are. Together, we’ll begin with straw breath to help activate the parasympathetic nervous system and encourage a sense of calm from within. From there, we’ll move through grounding postures designed to root you into the present moment. Take your time, let the breath guide you, and tend gently to your nervous system with me.
