Making Low Calorie Cheat Meals | Food Hacks
My subscribers sent me their ultimate food cravings over Instagram and I try to recreate them all the healthy way!
Throughout this video I try making popular food entry’s such as burgers, chocolate cake, cookies and Chinese fast food! All while keeping low calorie, high protein in mind.

ITALIAN STYLE BURGER:
Patty:
12oz Extra lean ground beef
4 oz Turkey sausage: Even a flightless bird can take this patty to another level
1 egg
2 TBS parm herb seasoning
3 TBS Bread crumbs
3 TBS Ketchup
Salt & Pepper
Parsley
Sauce:
1/4 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
2 TBS Chopped sun-dried Tomato
1 TBS Chopped Basil
Salt & Pepper
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES:
2 Cups Almond Flour
1/4 Arrowroot Starch
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp Vanilla
3/8 cup walden farms
1.5 tbs Coconut oil
1/4 cup cashew milk
1/4 cup- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Pretzels
** Microwave coconut oil and mix in walden farms
** Bake 350 for 15 minutes middle rack
CHINESE TAKE OUT:
General Tao Chicken:
2 tsp cornstarch w/ pinch of salt & pepper
2 chicken breast diced into bite sized chunks
** coat and let sit out for 15 minutes
Sauce:
1/4 cup ketchup
2tbs rice vinegar
Heap tablespoon Hoison sauce
4 tsp brown sugar
4 tsp soy sauce
Top w/ scallions chill flake optional
Lo-Mein:
8oz egg noodles
2 cloves garlic
Package mushrooms
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup carrots shredded
1/2 cup snow peas
Handful spinach
Sauce:
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp sugar alternative
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2-1tsp sriracha
CHOCOLATE CAKE:
1 cup Flour
6 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp each: baking soda and salt
3/4 cup 0 cal sweetener
1/4Â cup Greek yogurtÂ
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup PB2
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
**350 degrees for 25 minutes
FROSTING:
175g yogurt
2 tbs sweeter & cocoa powder
2 tbs chocolate pudding mix
Little nut milk to mix
