Leaving Canada | Home Gym Giveaway + One Pot Lasagna

In today’s video I take you through a typical day in my life! I also share with you a big announcement that I’m leaving Canada for the next month to shoot some awesome videos in the US! Super excited to bring you all along the journey..

Of course we had to throw in some healthy recipes as well 🙂

ONE POT SKILLET LASAGNA RECIPE:
1.) 1lbs Ground Turkey
2.) Vegetables of choice (I used: onion, peppers, mushroom, garlic
3.) 23oz Tomato sauce
4.) 280g Pasta of choice
5.) 2 cups water
6.) 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
7.) 1tbs Parmesan Cheese
8.) Italian Seasoning
9.) 60-75g Part Skim Cheese

** In a pot on medium high heat add your turkey and vegetables of choice and sautee until turkey is cooked through.
** Add in tomato sauce and 2 cups of water and let simmer for 3 minutes
** Mix in your noodles until everything is well combined. Put lid on pot and simmer for 15 minutes (stir occasionally)
** While pasta is simmering, prepare cheese. Add ricotta, parmesan and Italian seasoning to a bowl and combine well.
** Once pasta is cooked top it with ricotta cheese mixture and your shredded cheese.
** Broil in oven until it reaches golden brown
