IRONMAN TRIATHLON DIET & TRAINING | 5,000+ Calories & 11 Mile Run | Nick Bare’s Routine
In today’s video I follow a typical Wednesday of my favourite fitness personnel, Nick Bare. Not only is he a beast in the gym, he’s also training for his second Ironman triathlon.
An Ironman triathlon consists of a long distance swim, bike ride and marathon run in that order. It take incredible amounts of athleticism to complete one of them as they are seen as arguably the most difficult one day sporting events in the world!
Nick sent me a day in his life of training and his standard prep diet. The day consists of 3 workouts, including an 11 mile run and 5,000+ calories.
