I Tried The Carnivore Diet For A Week…

I’m a sucker for trying interesting diets! With that said, I decided to try the carnivore diet for an entire week. The diet has made some big headlines lately. Even talked about in great detail on Joe Rogan’s podcast with Shawn Baker and Jordan Peterson.

For those of you who don’t know what the diet is, it’s an extremely restrictive diet that focuses on ONLY eating animal products mainly coming from red meat.

The diet supposedly has many health benefits such as weight loss, reduce inflammation, fewer digestive problems, increased mental clarity and more.

Out of all diets I’ve tried, this one was definitely the hardest!
