I Paid $185 For A Custom V SHRED Program (Scammed?)

V shred has been facing a lot of criticism in the fitness industry as of late. Not knowing anything about him, I decided to purchase one of his custom programs from his website fo $185! In this video I review my experience and share with you all if it’s worth it or not. Some of the stuff shocked me. Was I scammed?!
