I Only Ate Military Rations For 24 HOURS + US Marine Fitness Test *4,000+ CALORIES*
In today’s video I decided to ONLY eat MRE’s (Meals ready to eat) for 24 hours! MRE’s are military rations that soldiers would take with them when out in the field as they wouldn’t have access to regular food.
As you will see, it doesn’t look like a lot of food. However, the meals are extremely calorically dense as each meals is over 1,200 calories! The meals were full of carbs and fat and lacked a lot of nutrition. In this video I eat and review 3 different meals for a total calorie count of 4,000+
Along with the MRE full day of eating, I wanted to see how I would do on the US Marine Fitness test. The test is comprised of 3 components:
1.) Max Pull-ups
2.) Max Sit-ups
3.) 3 Mile Run
Hope you enjoy the video! 🙂
