My top tips for a thicc chest
Chicken breast recipe:
* 3 chicken breasts
* 1tsp garlic powder
* 3/4 tsp paprika
* 3/4 tsp dried parsley flake
* Salt to taste
* 1.5tbs low fat mayo
* 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
* 2-3tbs fresh parmesan cheese
– Sprinkle spices on top of chicken breast then rub into chicken
– Evenly distribute mayo amongst the 3 breasts then rub into the chicken
– Mix the panko and parmesan together then coat the top of the chicken
– Give each chicken a quick spray of olive oil before going in the oven @425 for 25 minutes (depending on oven)
