Full Day Of Eating Greg Doucette Style | ANABOLIC KITCHEN REVIEW | Low Calorie Recipes

In today’s full day of eating video I follow the recipes of one of my favourite fitness YouTube personalities Greg Doucette. Our approaches to fitness and nutrition are very similar where we preach counting calories, NOT macros as well as being creative in the kitchen to make your diet fun and sustainable.

Greg has a healthy recipe series on his channel called the “Anabolic Kitchen” where he shows you how to make things such as french toast, protein ice cream, protein lave cake and more. I give some of the recipes a try and give you my honest review on them!

Alongside all the food, I also mention what I’m currently doing for my cardio routine as all the gyms are closed. Orange theory is offering free at home workouts on their YouTube channel everyday that you can follow to get a HIIT style workout in.
