Today, July 30th is the 73rd birthday of one of the greatest bodybuilders to ever live, Arnold Schwarzenegger! Arnold’s been a huge inspiration and a constant source of motivation for me on my fitness journey.
In honour of him, I decided to do a birthday tribute covering Arnold throughout the decades! Starting back in 1965 all the way to present day. Crazy to see just how much his diet has changed over the years.
