Easy Go2 Meal For The Gains / Weight Loss Friendly

helllooooo everybodyyyy, welcome back! Or welcome if you’re new to this channel💘

This is one of my go too meals because:

1. So easy to make
2. Low calorie and low fat for those that what to watch their weight or macros
3. Super filling meal/ on the go snack!!!

you can make more if you have a bigger appetite but I find that this amount works for me, satisfies me w/o making me feel super full and bloated 🙂

things I used:
Water based tuna
1 tomato
You want to add onion
some sort of salt (if you want)
Maybe Valentina 🙂
