Challenging Power Flow | 1 Hour Yoga Class | Focus On Twisting & Arm Balancing

This one hour yoga practice is suitable for all-levels, but would be best for those with some knowledge of yoga poses and alignment, as we will move quickly through certain parts of class. This is definitely on the more challenging side, so make sure to give yourself some grace, and feel free to grab props (2 blocks) if you have ’em!

We will warm up, complete some traditional sun salutations, and move through a fun standing flow. We will work into some challenging poses like toe stand, half moon, and potentially the arm balances: side crow to eka pada koundinyasana 1! I will break down the arm balances thoroughly in this class, but if you’d like even more detail and instruction on these and others, I do have a full one-week inversion and arm balance workshop available for purchase/rent here:
