BECOMING A GYMSHARK ATHLETE
In today’s vlog I show you all my go to chest/back/biceps workout! Before heading to the gym I whip up my favourite breakfast, protein waffles. Packed with 97g of protein for only 540 calories.
Ever since March, I’ve been suffering with knee tendinitis. Post workout I head to Myodetox for some acupuncture for the first time before heading the my favourite pizza spot in the entire city, Pizzeria Defina! We go behind the scenes to see exactly how everything is made.
Protein Waffle Recipe
1.) 130g Egg Whites
2.) 150g Cottage Cheese
3.) 20g Coconut Flour
4.) 2 Scoops Protein Powder
5.) 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
6.) Cinnamon
7.) Stevia
