A Look Inside Orangetheory Fitness | Whole Foods Donuts + Deep Tissue Massage
Hey everyone! In today’s video I take you through another day in my life. Starting off the day with a quick Whole Foods grocery haul to pick up some stuff for an easy and quick healthy dinner recipe! When I was in the store, I might have run into some donuts 😉
A lot of you have been asking for a video explaining Orange Theory Fitness. Orange Theory is a group training HIIT cardio class that combines weights, TRX, rower and treadmill. I go 4-5x/week and I take you into today’s class to show you what it’s all about.
Everyone who’s seriously into lifting weights at one point of another will get injured or feel some aches and pains in their joints. I decided to start taking my recovery outside the gym more seriously in order to better my performance. I’m starting to visit a massage therapy clinic 2x/month as well as learn some at home stretching techniques. But, before I go for my appointment I went to Starbucks and played some drive thru roulette which was pretty fun!
