48 Hours In Japan | MY NEW SERIES | One Punch Man Workout + Sushi Lesson

Welcome to episode 1 of TENNY AROUND THE WORLD!

In this mini series, each episode is going to be dedicated to a specific country. I thought Japan for 48 hours would be a great premiere! Throughout the video I go over traditional Japanese food culture as well as how the diet has evolved over the years.

On top of the food, We go over fitness in Japan and give Tabata a try as well as trying Saitama, also known as the One punch man’s crazy workout that consisted of 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats and a 10km run!

Of course to wrap up the video, I went and picked up some Mochi donuts for a taste test! Safe to say I ate well these few days!
