30 Min Yoga Flow For Upper Body Strength | Day 8 – 30 Day Improvers Yoga Challenge
Welcome to day 8 of the 30 Day Improvers Yoga Challenge. We begin the second week of the challenge with a 30 min yoga flow working toward side crow pose.
No need to worry if that sounds intimidating! This challenge is all about teaching you how to progress towards these poses, so there will be plenty of options to help you modify and work to your level.
In today’s class we work through a strong warm-up focusing on upper body strength and deep twists to prepare you for side crow.
