The time has finally come! The 20,000 CALORIE CHALLENGE EPIC CHEAT DAY! One of my first ever youtube videos I did the 10,000 calorie challenge and I said if it got 500 likes I’d do the 20k. Well……it got 20k likes 😂

Throughout this crazy food challenge I take down crazy amount of carbs, fat, sugar and calories! Tons of donuts, pizza, ice cream, cheesecake, you name it!

3.) Incline Pause Bench Press 12-15, 10-12, 8-10 *Increase weight each set*
4.) T-Bar Row 12-15, 10-12, 8-10 *Increase weight each set*
5A.) Seated Cable Row 3×12-15 *Last set drop set to failure*
5B.) Pec Dec Fly 3×12-15 *Last set drop set to failure*
